Synergy is a new tool designed by the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office for Equal Opportunity to reach out across all areas of the university community and provide a new vehicle of communication on issues of diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion.
Synergy will be a bi-weekly publication that will be available online and via email to the university community. All members of the university community are encouraged to submit items. Our goal is to make Synergy one of the main sources of news regarding the diversity efforts taking place.
Synergy is the next step to strengthen already existing communication mechanisms found through The Conductor and Prism. The Conductor is published three times per year, and Prism is a semesterly newsletter sent to all alumni of color.
Submissions: All members of the University Community (faculty, staff and students) are encouraged to submit items to be included in Synergy.

We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity as we help to breakdown the communication barriers in order to develop synergy across the entire campus in our efforts to enhance the future of Virginia Tech through synergy in the promotion of equity and diversity.
